*If your pool is located at a different address than the address shown on your paypal account, please input the pool or hot tub location in the "ADDRESS OF POOL / SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:" field.*

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 weekday hours letting you know if the date you chose is available.

  1. You DO NOT have a pool closing set up until you have received your confirmation email.
  2. Your emailed receipt is NOT your confirmation email. Your confirmation email will come directly from retailbv@valleypools.com.

The prices below DO NOT include:

  • Waiting for pools to be drained
  • The addition of chemicals
  • Cleaning
  • Any additional service work

   What is an in-floor cleaning system?

  • If your pool has an in-floor cleaning system, you will have jets at the bottom of the pool that pop up and spin, pushing dirt towards the main drain.

  • No draining required does not apply to concrete pools, above-ground pools, or Buster Crabbe Pools. These types of pools need to have the water drained below the inlets or tile prior to our arrival.

  • These prices are base prices. Any additional charges due to extra time or extra work will be billed to you after the closing is complete. Explanations of extra costs that may incur are listed below:

Pool inaccessible at closing:

Due to locked gates, no electrical power etc. we will require a trip charge of $89.

Pool closings after the first hard freeze:

To close a pool after the first hard freeze will require an additional charge of $55. There is no warranty on pool closings performed after the first hard freeze. This does not apply to spas and hot tubs.

Snow Removal:

Removal of snow on spa/hot tub cover is the customers responsibility.
